Allina Health proposes across-the-board increases to the current base hourly wage scales as follows:
- 2.0 percent increase effective the first day of the pay period following January 1, 2026, or the date of ratification, whichever is later.
- 2.0 percent increase effective the first day of the pay period following January 1, 2027.
- 2.5 percent increase effective the first day of the pay period following January 1, 2028.
