Thank you to everyone who completed the negotiations survey! Here are the results & next steps:

*Worksite Leaders will learn about their role during contract negotiations and launch the team. * All HUCs are welcome to attend

Union Pension Information Session
Wednesday, May 21 at 5pm | Zoom

*All HUCs are encouraged to attend to learn about the Twin City Hospital Worker’s Pension Fund

Negotiation Team Training
Tuesday, May 20 9am- 4pm
at the St. Paul SEIU Office: 345 Randolph Ave, Saint Paul, MN 
*Training for the negotiating team on how negotiations work. Open to any HUCs who would like to attend

Proposals Launch
Thursday, May 29 at 1pm & 5pm | Zoom
*An opportunity for all HUCs to review drafts of proposals, give feedback, approve the plan, and rank priorities

Contract Negotiations
Dates to be determined, will most likely being in June.

The first step is for each union member to complete a survey to weigh in on your priorities and determine which co-workers will represent you at the negotiating table.
