Congratulations to the members at Whitewater Nursing Home in St. Charles, Minnesota on reaching a TA for their best contract yet! Members will be voting later this week on the Tentative Agreement. Highlights include:

A 16% increase Across the Board raise for members on and off scale,
In addition to their step increases, members receive another 2% increase on their anniversary date,
The increase will start nursing assistants at $21.00 an hour!

Fun note! This is on top of the 14%-16% increase received last year.
